Facilitator Development Program

The Facilitator Development Program builds a vibrant network of skilled facilitators who can lead meaningful, inclusive, and transformative learning experiences. Rooted in Sambhav’s philosophy, it equips participants with facilitation tools, experiential learning methods, and the ability to create spaces of trust, dialogue, and growth.

This program is open to anyone passionate about guiding groups. 

Through immersive workshops, mentorship, and live practice, participants deepen their understanding of group dynamics, emotional intelligence, and participatory methods. They learn to design and deliver sessions that inspire reflection, foster collaboration, and spark action.
