In Partnership With Institutions

Pehchaan - the identity
We love to work with NGOs and institutions that care about youth and social transformation. Our offering ‘Pehchaan’ deepens self-leadership. Through immersive, facilitator-led sessions, youth are guided to turn inward — encouraged to pause, reflect, and explore their identity, emotions, beliefs, and sense of purpose. Held in a safe and supportive environment, participants engage in self-inquiry, interactive practices, and honest dialogue. This journey isn’t just about personal growth—it’s about developing the clarity, confidence, and compassion needed to lead from within and create meaningful change.
Dhaara - the flow
Dhaara is a youth leadership and life-skills initiative for young women from low-income, peri-urban communities—those who are often the first in their families to enter college, yet face barriers of gender, exposure, and opportunity.
Through immersive workshops, mentorship, and peer-led facilitation, Dhaara creates safe, empowering spaces for them to find their voice, build confidence, and step into leadership.
The program flows in two phases:
- Empowerment: Equipping young women with life skills, confidence, and career readiness.
- Leadership: Enabling select participants to lead and extend the program into rural communities through training.
Dhaara is more than a program—it’s a steady current of change. When one young woman rises with dignity and purpose, she carries others with her, turning individual dreams into a collective force for transformation.
